Heated Chairs

Battery Heated Chairs & Heated Camping Chairs

Chaheati makes the original battery heated chair — heat panels in the seat and back, three settings on one thumb, and up to 8 hours of warmth on a single charge. Choose the format that matches where you sit: a freestanding heated camping chair, a heated bleacher seat, or an add-on cover for the chair you already own.

How a battery heated chair actually works

Carbon fibre heating elements are sealed into the seat and backrest under an encapsulating thermal layer that protects them from moisture and from the folding the chair does over its life. Current passes through the element, the element resists it, and that resistance becomes heat. The panels sit where your body already makes contact, which is why a heated chair feels warmer than a blanket at the same temperature — conduction rather than trapped air.

Why runtime and temperature trade against each other

High pulls more current, so it drains the pack faster. Low draws least and stretches a charge to around 8 hours. The practical pattern most people land on is to run high for the first ten or fifteen minutes to warm the seat, then drop to low and leave it there, which usually gets a full afternoon out of one charge.

Choosing between a chair, a cover and a bleacher seat

The question is not which is warmest, it is what you are sitting on. A heated camping chair brings its own legs and cup holders and suits tailgating, sidelines and campsites. A heated bleacher seat has no legs at all — it hooks onto a bench and reclines, which is what you want in a stadium or at a school game. An add-on heated chair cover assumes you already own a chair you like and converts it, which also makes it the easiest one to travel with.

Looking after the battery

Lithium-polymer packs prefer to be stored part-charged and indoors. Top the pack up before you put the chair away for the season rather than storing it flat, and keep it out of a freezing garage or a hot car. Because the pack is removable, an aged battery is a battery problem and not a reason to replace the chair.

What's actually inside

A panel, a battery, and a button.

Every Chaheati product runs the same system. Learn it once and it works across the whole line.

  • Sealed heating panels

Woven or carbon-fibre elements laid flat against the fabric, encapsulated in a thermal seal that keeps moisture out and survives folding.

  • Three settings, colour-coded

Red is high, white is medium, blue is low. The number of lit LEDs tells you remaining battery — four is full, one is 25%.

  • Ghost Mode

A switch beside the button kills the LEDs while the heat stays where you set it. Built for hunting blinds and anywhere you'd rather not glow.

  • Batteries you can replace

Lithium-polymer packs, third-party safety tested, sold separately so a dead battery never means a dead chair.

FAQ

How long does a heated camping chair battery last?
On the low setting a fully charged 7V battery runs about 8 hours. Medium is roughly 4.5 hours and high about 2.5 hours.

Runtime is driven by which setting you use, not by how cold it is outside. One charge covers a full game on low, or a couple of hours if you run it hot the whole time. Most people start on high to warm up, then drop to low and stay there.
How hot does a Chaheati heated chair get?
There are three settings across the range: roughly 120°F on low, 140°F on medium, and up to 150°F on high.

The exact top temperature depends on the product. The Heated Folding Bleacher Seat is the hottest in the line at 150°F, while the 7V Battery Heated Camping Chair reaches about 125°F on high. It is warm against your back and seat, not hot to the touch.
How do you turn on a Chaheati heated chair?
Charge the battery, drop it into the zippered pocket and connect it to the plug inside. Then press and hold the touch button for about three seconds until the LEDs come on.

From there, tap once for low, twice for medium, three times for high. The LED colour tells you where you are: blue for low, white for medium, red for high. The sequence is the same on every product in the line, so you only learn it once.
Can I add heat to a camping chair I already own?
Yes. The Chaheati MAXX Add-On Heated Chair Cover straps onto a standard folding chair and turns it into a heated one.

It runs on an 11.1V battery with six heat elements and reaches 130°F+, which makes it the warmest option in the range. It weighs about 1.6 lbs and goes on in seconds, so it also travels well if you would rather not carry a second chair.
Are the batteries replaceable?
Yes. Every Chaheati product uses a removable battery pack rather than a sealed one, so a dead or aged battery never means a dead chair. You swap the pack and keep the chair.

The cells are third-party tested lithium-polymer. Store the battery indoors over the off-season rather than leaving it in a cold garage or a hot car.
Which heated chair should I buy for football games?
It depends on whether you bring your own seat or sit on what is already there.

For bleachers, choose the 7V Heated Folding Bleacher Seat. It has no legs, hooks onto a bench, reclines through six positions and runs the hottest at 150°F.

For tailgating or sideline seating where you bring a chair, choose the 7V Battery Heated Camping Chair. It stands on its own, has two cup holders and folds into a carry bag.

If you already own a chair you like, the MAXX Add-On Cover converts it instead.
